⚔️ Operation Sceptre

One Sunday 23rd November Officers from the Safer Neighbourhood Team and Youth Engagement Team we will be on Ilkeston Market Place between 11am and 3 pm for our Blue Light Emergency Services day.

We will be joined by our colleagues from Dog section, Rural Crime and the Police bike team.

We will also be joined by our colleagues from Derbyshire Fire Service, East Midlands Ambulance Service, Blood Bikes and we will have our Supporting Communities mobile youth bus which has lots of activities onboard including virtual reality activities.

As first responders we all deal with the aftermath of knife crime far too often, if you know someone who carries a knife, or is thinking of carrying a knife then speak to us. By doing this you can ensure they get the help they need.
